Seller and scope
These terms apply to orders placed at nzink.co.nz. The seller is CARTRIDGE WORLD NZ LIMITED, trading as NZink (company number 8768548, NZBN 9429051373795). Our registered office is 82 Clovelly Road, Bucklands Beach, Auckland 2012, New Zealand; it is not advertised as a retail shop or returns depot.
Low-cost products and service
NZink focuses on low-cost white-box consumables with simple packaging and online ordering. The purchase covers the products described in your order. Printer installation, printer repair, on-site assistance, priority support and premium packaging are not included.
Check the full printer model, cartridge code, region, colour, pack size and any chip requirements before ordering. White-box packaging and appearance may vary. Products described as compatible or aftermarket are third-party alternatives; genuine products are identified in their listings. Printer trademarks are used to describe compatibility.
Page yields are estimates based on the stated test conditions. Actual yield depends on printing coverage, settings and usage. Firmware or printer-region requirements can affect cartridge recognition; read any product-specific notes and contact us if you are unsure.
Prices, availability and orders
Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Check the displayed GST information and final checkout total, including delivery, before confirming. An order acknowledgement records receipt of your order and does not by itself confirm payment or dispatch.
If a stock shortage or genuine listing error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you with the available options. We will not substitute a different product or charge more without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the order and you do not agree to an alternative, we will refund any payment for the unfulfilled items and any delivery charge attributable to them.
Payment and delivery
Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are available for your order. For bank transfer, pay the full order total using the account instructions provided with your order and include the order reference. Dispatch follows cleared and matched payment. Never use another retailer's bank details for a NZink order.

Cancellations, returns and product problems
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or amend an order. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. NZink does not provide a standard change-of-mind or customer-selection-error return service for non-faulty goods. Any exception must be agreed in writing.
If goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged, contact us with your order details. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the assessment and return process. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
Support and privacy
Use our Contact Us form for written order and product enquiries. Include your order number, full printer model and any relevant photographs or error messages. We do not promise immediate replies, live troubleshooting or on-site services.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Keep account login details confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. The version displayed when you place your order applies to that order. Last updated: 27 September 2026.
